- Game Changing Business Skills cannot guarantee you will get on offer in the payscale.com range nor the salary.com range. Nor can we guarantee that you will get any job offer in any pay range. We do training to exactly target the inbound entry level CSR job for non-college-bound students. On 4/2020, per the payscale.com website per our documentation, their published starting salary range for high school diplomas for the inbound Customer Service Representative was $20,500 - $41,000 in the US. Pay ranges change often as would be expected due to macroeconomic forces on employment supply and demand for all jobs including inbound customer service representatives. The entry level customer service representative with a high school diploma range for salary.com was even higher than payscale.com per our documentation in March of 2020.
- We do have data tracking Careerbuilder.com job posting data by job category rom 2011 to 2020 that shows that the Customer Service Representative ranks between number two to number six out of forty four job categories as the most advertised job category in the world per Careerbuilder.com data. It is widely believed that the CSR category is the top job most advertised category for non-college-bound workers. We will gladly provide our data. This data is copyrighted. The data is copyrighted under Mike Dunn 2012 - 2020 and the "The Dunn Economic Theory" as a leading economic indicator. The actual data is reviewed in Module 1 of this course. However, the data can be supplied separately as well, upon request.
